Return Policy

I hope you feel confident and comfortable in every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect- To start a return, please email talktolilith@mail.com with your order number and reason for return

Refunds & Disputes

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you have a problem with your order, I'm here to help. Email talktolilith@mail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and I'll do my best to resolve it promptly and fairly.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? No problem-orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as they haven't shipped or entered production. Please email talktolilith@mail.com with your order number as soon as possible. After that window, I can't guarantee cancellations, but I'll always try to accommodate when I can.

Promotions & Sales

Promotions are valid for a limited time and cannot be applied to past purchases- Offers cannot be combined or transferred- All sale or promotional items are final sale, unless otherwise stated- I reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
